Job Requirement Snafu
Which company do you think is authentic? They are both looking for a user experience design lead. But both contain the same syntactical error in their job requirement. This leads me to believe that the person who wrote the requirement doesn’t know what they are looking for. I guess if you are really needing a job, you wouldn’t care, until you got there and noticed that no one knew what you really do, nor how to interview you.

Wow! That looks like what I used to do. Funny, now that you mention it, I don’t thing they knew what they needed my job to be! Maybe that’s why they could never provide sign offs. Or direction… or performance reviews…
